How to request a refund

Email contact@nlfdigital.com from the email address used at checkout. We respond within 24 hours on business days.

Please note

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Requests made more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible.
